  • Your privacy is a very sensitive subject for us and we take it very seriously. So our privacy policy is simple, we don't sell, barter, give away or rent your personal information to any company outside of FeatherSquash.com. We do have partners that assist us with fulfillment and shipping in certain categories, and in those cases those partners receive a name and shipping address so that they can process and ship orders properly. The only information we require to process an order is the following: Your name Your credit card number The expiration date Credit Card 3- or 4-digit security code The billing address of the credit card (for security purposes) A shipping address (if different from billing address) And your phone number so that we can contact with any questions concerning your order. Information we won't ask for: FeatherSquash.com does not request sensitive information such as a social security number, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) from a bank or credit card, or a driver's license number. You can change my information from the checkout area when you modify your account.   • Payment Options

    a. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, checks, money orders, cashier's checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank) and PayPal. Please, note that the charge on your credit card will appear from Visavis Group, Inc. To place an order with a check, money order, or cashier's check (denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank), please print out your shopping cart and mail it with your payment to FeatherSquash.com. All orders paid for by check or money order will be mailed after the check or money order has cleared.

    b. We will happily accept mailed or faxed purchase orders from U.S. schools, and U.S. state or county government agencies provided they are shipped to a US destination, Payment terms are net 30.



    Order Confirmation

    The customer will receive an "order confirmation" email within 48 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will serve as customer?s invoice. Once the item is shipped, customer will receive another e-mail from FeatherSquash.com indicating the date it was shipped along with the estimated delivery date and tracking number (if available).



    Pricing and Availability

    We strive to provide our customers with the most updated pricing and availability information. In the unlikely event of item no longer being available after the customer has placed an order, purchase amount will be fully and promptly refunded. Price may change without prior notice and FeatherSquash.com does not adjust pricing on previously purchased merchandise.



    How do Preorders work?

    Preorder items can be reserved with a credit card number. Approximate ship date is listed by each item. Preorders ship separately from in-stock item orders and shipping for in-stock items applies whether pre-order items are ordered at the same time or not. If more than one of your preorders arrive at the same time, they will ship together. If an item is discontinued, you will be notified and your preorder cancelled and your credit card will be refunded. While expected ship dates are provided for your convenience to the best of our knowledge, FeatherSquash.com is not responsible for arrival dates or discontinued items.





  • Shipping & Delivery
  • All Orders placed prior to 12PM Eastern Time on a weekday are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm on a weekday or at anytime on Saturday/Sunday/Holiday are processed on the following business day.

    All in-stock items are shipped no later than on the next business day. If the item is not in stock or, if, for any reason, it cannot be shipped on the next business day following the order, FeatherSquash.com will send an e-mail to the customer updating him/her on the status of respective order.

    For orders over $25 we offer FREE standard shipping to any continental US address (that excludes AK, HI, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and APOs/PO Boxes). If your order totals less than $25 a nominal charge of $3.50 is applied.

    Customers can also choose to have their items shipped via Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping. The following flat fees (per order) are applied to shipping upgrades for continental US customers:

    Priority Mail: $4.50 (Bag or Shoes - $9.95)

    2nd Day Air: $17.95 (Bag or Shoes - $24.95)

    Overnight: $27.95 (Bag or Shoes - $39.95)



    Please, note that the day of the order (as well as weekend days and holidays) does not count in shipping time estimates and calculations (i.e., if you made your order on Monday before 12pm with a 2nd Day Air upgrade, your item should be expected by the end of the Day on Wednesday.     For international customers (as well as customers in HI, AK, PR, US Virgin Islands and APOs/PO Boxes) shipping rates are calculated in accordance with a package weight (as well as its size).

    For customers to HI, AK, PR and US Virgin Islands orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. If you live in HI, AK, PR and US Virgin Islands and would like your order shipped via a different shipping method, please, call us for available options.

    For international customers FeatherSquash.com uses Air Parcel Post or USPS Global Priority Mail. If you would like to have your international package shipped via USPS Global Express Mail, please, e-mail us for rates. Please, note, that not all of these methods are available for all countries and territories.

    Packages shipped by USPS Global Priority mail should not be expected earlier than in 10 business days (although that very well might arrive before that). Please, note that FeatherSquash.com provides shipping times only for customer convenience and makes no guarantees as to the exact arrival dates of each shipment.

    Shipping rates for international customers start as low as $4.00 and are calculated automatically for items in the customer?s shopping basket once the customer starts his/her checkout. To see exact shipping rates at that point, international customers (as well as customers from AK, HI, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and APOs/PO Boxes) should fill in their shipping information and click ?CONTINUE?.

    If you need to add/ remove items or modify quantities of items already in the shopping cart, the customer can use the ?BACK? button of you browser without losing shipping information that has already been entered. If shipping charges change with these modifications, the customer will be able to see these changes immediately.

    Please, note that all local fees, duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer.

    Occasionally promotional items are offered with free upgraded shipping. However, if the customer orders any other items in addition to the promotional item, FeatherSquash.com reserves the right to charge shipping appropriate for the additional items purchased.

    Since some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturers, occasionally items might be shipped sooner or later than usual. If this occurs, an e-mail will be sent to the customer advising of such changes.


  • Sales Tax
  • Items shipped to addresses in the State of New Jersey are subject to a 7% sales tax.


  • Return Policy
  • Unused racquets (with plastic wrapping on a grip and paper face plate in place - not removed - and all warranty cards are not filled out) may be returned to FeatherSquash.com within 7 Days of purchase for FULL REFUND in original form of payment (shipping is not refunded). All other items may be returned only if unused and are still in original packaging within 7 Days of purchase for FULL REFUND (shipping is not refunded). NO RETURNS ON SHOES AND APPAREL can be accepted under any conditions. If FeatherSquash.com determines that the item was used no credit will be issued. For item purchased as part of an order with free shipping, a shipping fee of $19.95 will be assessed on returned items.
